Joe Filocamo is an illustrator, portraiture artist, caricaturist and cartoonist from Perth, Western Australia. Joe has been freelancing in his chosen field for over 15 years and has extensive experience working on projects for various charities, live corporate/private functions, commissioned illustration, caricature, live art performance, poster design, character design and album art.
